The Customer Care Executive (International Voice Process) role involves handling customer calls from international clients and providing support related to services, orders, or general queries. This is a voice-based position where clear communication and polite interaction are important.
You will be responsible for understanding customer issues, offering accurate information, and following standard support procedures. Full process training and call handling guidelines will be provided after selection. This role is suitable for freshers who are comfortable working night shifts and want to build a career in international customer support.
- Handle inbound customer calls from international customers
